WORMHOLE, 2018
site-specific interactive installation

The wormhole allows viewers to pass through a threshold. Everyone decides what they bring in and what they take out on the other side. This is a transformational space. The three consecutive arches installed on a bias trajectory offer an illusion of spiraling through space when passing through it; day & night.

The arches are constructed of recycled tent poles and custom fabric sails, wrapped in LED lights powered by solar panels that can produce various lighting effects. Wormhole has been installed for public experience during Burning Man, the Crested Butte Arts Festival, Bridges of the Butte 24 Hour Townie Bike Tour, and other events.
