BIO....

Born and raised an Upstate New Yorker in Schenectady county; most of my early years were spent riding bikes, raising llamas and attending concerts and festivals around the small, rural town of Mariaville.

During high school, I began commuting to Southern Vermont in order to work at mountain schools and local restaurants. Day Pinkham at Schalmont Central Schools and Margie Silvia in Jamaica, Vermont were extremely influential to my continued passion for art.

I moved to Rochester in 2003 to attend the University of Rochester on a science scholarship. In four years I graduated with a BA in Studio Arts--my thesis project explored found object sculpture as an interactive sound installation (Patchwork Frequency, 2007 ).

In 2008 I moved to Burlington, VT where I now call home. I consider myself lucky to rent an appartment that's big enough to dedicate an entire room to studio. Here in the Green Mountains I continue to work, trying to represent myself at local art and music festivals.
